Poetry and Spoken Word

Whenever there is a thought or feeling that I crave to be heard and held, I trust my pen and the page to bear witness to my vulnerability. Whether it is in English or Tamil, I find the medium of poetry to be a therapeutic vessel through which I can scream about the world and the political issues that strike me. From depression to queerness to the patriarchy to refugeehood, there are a range of psychosocial issues I write about, and it is a privilege to share them through spoken word. Here you can find a list of my performances and poetry publications! If you would like me to perform at your event or would like to connect, please get in touch!
